Our Fee Structure
Bank Brokers can begin facilitating your bank acquisition process today. We work under a simple engagement fee to begin the acquisition process. This fee is paid by clients at the beginning of the engagement phase, and covers some expenses associated with this and continuing phases of the acquisition process. Upon closing date of a sale, Bank Brokers requires a brokerage fee for services rendered.

Our Process
I. Engagement is where it all begins. We review your objectives, answer questions and educate you regarding any aspects of the acquisition process with which you are unfamiliar. We'll help you develop an acquisition strategy that is within regulation while meeting your goals and objectives. The process continues with our development of a list of target banks.
II. Researching Targets is the next phase of the process. We'll rank target banks based on best fit, with deference to your specific objectives and goals.
III. Discussions with CEOs/ bank ownership then begins in confidence for potential fit and purchase opportunity. These talks may require repeated discussions to evaluate interest so that the buyer may enter into the process.
IV. Financial, Market Share & Demographic Analysis regarding the potential bank is then provided in detail by Bank Brokers to you to further evaluate and determine fit. We will further inform you as to any additional information gathered in initial discussions with the potential bank.
V. Discussion With Regulatory Authorities is an essential part of 'pre-filing' for a bank application. Bank Brokers will accompany you or represent you in an initial meeting with the appropriate bank regulator to ensure application approval and set the stage for future regulatory communication.
VI. Formalizing The Offer. Although Bank Brokers does not provide financial, legal or due diligence advice, we can and do recommend resources in all these areas. And, we can assist you in making a formal offer to purchase a bank, if required.
VII. Closing The Sale is the last phase of the process when you are successful in acquiring the bank and you application has been approved. Bank Brokers will work lock-step with you through the change of control of your new bank.
